NUR BLECH | Ulla + Martin Kaufmann
July 13 – October 3, 2019
On the occassion of the exhibition Fast nichts – Schmuck und Gefäße von Ulla und Martin Kaufmann, that is on display at Schmuckmuseum Pforzheim from July 13 to November 3, 2019, SCHÜTT is showing an exhibition in dialogue. NUR BLECH highlights the wide spectre of jewellery and vessels of an extraordinary work and life community that lasts since have a century.
Their work moves from one pair of hands to the other, from thinking to making. It’s a mixture of spontaneity and control, and it’s ultimately also a mutual audaciousness, with an attitude that might be described as “let’s just go ahead and attempt it.”
New jewellery collection
After months of conception, we now present our new jewellery collection:
Iris (greek: rainbow) stands for a sensitive and purist series of jewellery in all colors of the rainbow or the iris of the eyes of the wearer.
The round gems are raised and flow in soft forms as precious metal over the body. Unworn, the rings are scuptural and sublime as a monument. Designed in collaboration with a true master of his craft, the noble series is executed and extended in cooperation with a highly talented young goldsmith. Discover Iris as part of the collection on display or design your own individual piece of jewellery with us. Choose from countless gems, gold or silver and various processing techniques.
